No. Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax. If your country applies a tax on digital services, that one is on you. Your Stripe invoice shows the exact amount charged.

You pay by credit or debit card through Stripe. You choose monthly or annual billing, and annual takes 15% off the per-employee rate. You switch between the two from Billing inside the platform.

There is no higher tier to move up to. Every module and Tito, the AI agent, are included from day one. What you can do from Billing is activate the subscription when your trial ends, or switch from monthly to annual. The only optional extra is white-glove onboarding, charged once per employee.

Yes. You cancel from the billing portal, with no calls and no penalty. Your account stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then it does not renew. Once the account closes, we delete the data within 90 days.
